Scholars Program

Our Reading and/or Math Scholars program is an enrichment program for our students with more advanced academic needs as dictated by their standardized testing scores, grades, and teacher recommendation.

CF Academy Reading Scholars Program

The CFA Scholars program will challenge your reader to think critically and understand literary concepts. In the Scholars program, there are book projects as well as addressing the following concepts while reading through our book list:

2nd-3rd grade:

CF Academy Math Scholars Program

The Scholar’s math curriculum challenges students to see problems from different perspectives, apply the concepts to real life situations, and expand concepts beyond the level of the regular classroom.  The Scholar’s class emphasizes concept development, mental math strategies, and problem solving techniques.  The students are encouraged to think about math and make connections between concepts.  The curriculum also includes hands-on projects to insure that the children are able to put concepts into practice.
