I hereby certify that I am genuinely applying for a job with Christ Fellowship Baptist Church and that the facts set forth in this application for employment and any documents I have submitted in the application process are true and complete, to the best of my knowledge. I understand that any misrepresentations made by me during this application process, including, but not limited to, false answers, statements or omissions, shall be considered sufficient cause for denial of employment or, if hired, my subsequent discharge from Christ Fellowship Baptist Church. I hereby certify that I am a Christian, not a practicing homosexual in accordance with scriptures (Leviticus 18:22, 20:13, Romans 1;26-27, I Corinthians 6:9-10, I Timothy 1:10) and I do not engage in an intimate sexual relationship with anyone other than my legal spouse. I also certify that I will conduct my life and maintain the standards of Christian morality as contained in the Bible, both on and off the job. I hereby give Christ Fellowship Baptist Church, or its designate, which may include consumer reporting and security investigative agencies, the right to make a thorough investigation of any and all facts concerning, but not limited to, my past employment, conviction record, driving record, education and training, and information I provide during the application process. I further release from all liability, all persons, companies, schools, churches, etc. who would be involved in such investigation. I indemnify and hold harmless Christ Fellowship Baptist Church from any liability which might result from such an investigation. I also understand that any offer of employment is contingent on the following: Satisfactory verification of the information described above; the submission of proper documentation to establish my identity and legal eligibility for employment in the United States as required by law; my receiving a negative result on a test to detect the use of illegal drugs; a favorable background investigation and fingerprint investigation and my execution of the Employee Standards of Excellence and Substance Abuse Program documents. I understand that nothing contained in this employment application or the application process in its entirety is intended to create an employment contract. I further understand that, if I am offered and accept employment with Christ Fellowship Baptist Church, there will be no agreement, expressed or implied, between Christ Fellowship Baptist Church and me for any specific period of employment, nor for continued long-term employment. Since any employment relationship established between me and Christ Fellowship Baptist Church would be at will, I understand I would be free to resign at any time and Christ Fellowship Baptist Church would have the right to terminate my employment at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice.
