Why you love working at CFA:
After hearing so many wonderful things about CFA from people who personally worked at the school, I wanted to be a part of the mission and Christ-centered environment. I love working at CFA not only because it provides a supportive and inspiring atmosphere where both students and staff can grow, but it provides a sense of community, the opportunity to make a difference, and a joy of seeing students succeed. God’s presence is truly felt and His loving and guiding hand can be seen in every aspect of our school!

Brief educational/department philosophy:
I believe that every student is uniquely created by God and deserves an education that nurtures both their intellect and character. By providing a learning environment that reflects the Christian values of love, respect, and integrity, we are able to guide students to develop a strong moral foundation, critical thinking skills, and a desire for knowledge and relationship with our Heavenly Father. Education is not just about academics; it is about shaping hearts and minds to grow and live out their faith with purpose according to God’s will.
