Brief educational/department philosophy
As a Christian educator I teach with a biblical world view recognizing that each student is uniquely created by God with abilities, gifts and sometimes challenges. In order to meet their educational needs the classroom has to be an environment providing direct instruction, hands-on learning and differentiated instruction.
