Why do you love working at CFA:
CFA is not like any other workplace. At CFA co-workers will help you, encourage you, and pray for you. The administration is on point and very compassionate about employees and NOTHING is done without first praying.
Experience:
I served in children’s ministry for several churches over the last 30 years. I began my employment at CFA as an ESD worker in 2009, and eventually studied Early Childhood Education at Miami Dade College.
Life Bible Verse:
I cannot say that I have just one life verse since there are so many scriptures that God has used over the years to speak to me. Currently I am focused on Philippians 1:6 “And I am confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Jesus Christ.”
Brief educational/department philosophy
I have learned from experience as well as through education, that children learn by watching. They imitate what they see and hear. At CFA, children will see godly actions and hear words of affirmation, encouragement, and correction when needed. Memorizing Bible verses will serve them in the future as the Spirit will recall them to mind at the appropriate time.
