Why you love working at CFA:
When finalizing my onboarding paperwork to become an official Eagle, a line in our faculty handbook immediately stood out to me: Bible is the most important subject taught at CF Academy. These words clearly demonstrate the mission of CFA. Here, God’s Word is truly valued—it is the light through which we view all other things. The love for Jesus is palpable, and there is a shared passion for working for the Kingdom. CFA does not fall short when it comes to academics either, but that’s because striving for excellence is wholly driven by a love for Jesus and a desire to work as unto Him. CFA is not just a school; it’s a mission field, and I am truly blessed to be a part of it.

Brief educational/department philosophy:
I believe that all children are capable of learning and worthy of being known. I shape my classroom community around mutual respect and responsibility, ensuring everyone who steps through my doors is immediately valued as a precious image-bearer of God. Learning should be a joyful, inspiring process. God has given us a vast world to discover, and my passion is helping students uncover the wonder He has placed around us. There is nothing quite like seeing a student’s eyes light up when a complex concept finally clicks! My goal is to cultivate a lifelong love for learning, critical thinking, and a genuine joy in growing in knowledge and wisdom. Above all, I want to equip my students to dig deep into God’s Word—empowering them to analyze Scripture for themselves and experience the wonder of seeing His truth unfold in their lives.
