Registration Is Now Open For June 11 – August 3, 2012 Camp Hours: 8 a.m.-3 p.m. Before/After Camp Care: 7-8 a.m. & 3-6 p.m. Camp includes daily Bible time, arts & crafts, science activities, gardening, cooking class, puppet show, face painting, computer lab for K4-K5, outdoor play, water days, bounce house, and special themed activities! Weekly in-house field trips by: Animal Edventures, Miami Children’s Museum, Wacky Wild Science, and more! Celebrate Black History Month

During the week of February 13-17, 2012 we will have special activities for our students to celebrate Black History Month.

• Monday, February 13 – Read-in Day — parents will come and read a book celebrating Black History Month
• Wednesday, February 15 – Joint Chapel — special guest speaker: Mrs. Doreen Peterson; class performance & presentation by Mrs. Flores’ 3rd Grade class
• Friday, February 17 – Dessert Day — students will enjoy sweet treats in the cafeteria

Parenting Seminar

Join us on Thursday, February 9 at 7 p.m. in the worship center for our parenting seminar led by Dr. Bob Barnes on — Giving Your Child the Power of “No”

• Why is it difficult to say “no”?
• Why is “no” one of the most important words a parent can teach?
• Taking on the challenges of teaching “no.”
